Our Philosophy
We practice care in accordance with the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics, guided by four core principles: nonmaleficence, beneficence, justice, and respect for autonomy.
Nonmaleficence
Moral obligation to avoid causing harm, injury, or suffering to others
Beneficence
Act or quality of doing good, showing kindness, or providing charitable assistance to others
Justice
Fairness, moral rightness and proper administration of laws
Autonomy
Power or right of a person, to govern themselves and make independent decisions without outside control
